Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
PREORDER shipping and processing time
Pre-orders of the Lovecat collection are estimated to be created and prepared to ship in 5 weeks. (End of April ’21)
Delays in material arrival could delay the estimated time of arrival.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Confirmation and Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
MadLadz is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
MadLadz is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
Returns Policy
All Sales are final
Madladz does not offer exchanges, returns, or refunds on any items on our website.
Each item is custom made per order and unwashed new material. Materials are ordered when purchase is made, not prior.
Please ensure the proper size is selected before checking out to ensure a good fit.
We would not want to sell you something that has been worn by someone else. Especially during the COVID-19 Pandemic. Thank you for understanding.
Clothing Care
Garments are new and unwashed so take caution when washing for the first time. Follow care instructions on garment tag and expect a little bit of clothing dye run off. Wash with like colors.
